Hyperion Infrastructure Lead Job

This is a job summary which includes essential job duties of the position. More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities.
· Manage installation, maintenance and support of complex Hyperion technical infrastructures, hardware, and system software component
Provide support to those supporting the Hyperion environment in areas such as project execution, design and job estimation, in conjunction with other departments
· Coordinate and plan with infrastructure teams outages and maintenance
· Maintain industry/technical knowledge base and facilitate/maintain industry relationships
· Manage Hyperion Application Environment: FDM, Planning, Essbase, Performance Management environments:
· Server Maintenance and day to day management
· Server Performance monitoring and resource utilization
· Technical/Desktop Support for Hyperion Users
· Technical Incident Management (internal and vendor)
· Application Maintenance and day to day management
· Application Patches Implementation
· BRS Environment Management
· UAT, Staging (Training) and Development Server Management
· Support Lifecycle Management
· Provide technical support for all Hyperion applications
· Must Have 2 years of the following:
o Hyperion Planning System 9.3.0 and above
o Hyperion Reporting 3.1
o Hyperion Reports
o Hyperion Analyzer
o Hyperion System 9 Financial Management
o Hyperion System 9 Shared Services version 9.2.0.1
o Microsoft Windows XP (and lower)
o Essbase, MS Exchange, VPN, Webservers: Apache. Tomcat, Weblogic,
o Networking: Cisco Routers, Switches, F5 Load Balancer
o Terminal Servers (MS any), Disaster Recovery, MS SQL
o Linux, Windows, Installation and Environment Migration Skills
· Expert level engineering and architectural skills required in regard to Hyperion installations
· Candidate should have experience in a large, complex environment. Needed soft skills include ability to work with other technical teams to implement the best technical solutions
· Customer service and project management skills a must
Key Relationships:

· Leads from Corporate Financial Systems, SAP Financial Team, and Business Leads
Education:
Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
