SAP Lead Quality Assurance Testing Analyst Job

The Lead Quality Assurance Testing Analyst will work with technical and business teams to design, implement and support the Quality Assurance for our Global Rollout. Contribute to process integration and to provide framework, strategy and templates for gathering and analyzing / managing testing requirements.
The company is live with a full suite of SAP systems - ECC 5.0, BI, SRM/EBP, APO, Solution Manager/Service Desk, Portal and PI. Must have 4 years in Test Automation and Performance Testing with SAP Applications.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAP
· Experience with SAP ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0 due to planned upgrade.
· Experience with BI, SRM/EBP, APO, PI and Solution Manager
· High level knowledge of SAP processing in following areas: Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Finance.
Performance Testing:
§ Develop process, methodology and tools to support integration, regression and performance testing cycles
§ Scope, develop, and execute performance testing cycles utilizing HP LoadRunner (LR) ®.
§ Work closely with the process and basis teams to monitor and optimize performance.
Integration Testing:
§ Architect and administer HP Quality Center (QC) ® to support test creation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
§ Train process team and business users on Quality Center usage and procedures.
§ Architect and administer Quality Center to support the Scope Change Request process
Regression Testing:
§ Architect and administer Quality Center to support test creation, test execution, issue management, and reporting during the monthly cycles.
§ Scope out and develop test cases (including data requirements)
§ Automate test cases utilizing HP QuickTest Pro (QTP) ®.
Overall Testing Responsibilities:
§ Manage the tool environments to support future space requirements, hardware requirements, operating system upgrades, database upgrades, and software upgrades
§ Provide strategic direction for IT Governance as it relates to Tools, Methodology and Testing. Architect the Training Strategy for process team and business users on Quality Center usage and procedures.
§ Influence positive changes to operational business processes by developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP standard functionality.

Technical Skills:
§ Extensive experience with the QTP® SAP and Web Add-Ins
§ Strong web performance testing experience a must
§ Web Services Performance Testing is a plus
§ Experience with writing custom code and using function libraries
§ Well versed in one or more standard programming languages (e.g. Visual Basic or C)
§ Basic knowledge in structured program design and coding methodologies
§ Strong Microsoft Office skills
Business Skills:
§ Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively express technical concepts.
§ Strong writing skills
§ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
§ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
§ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Education:
§ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
