Marketing Manager - Aprica Job

This is a job summary which includes essential job duties of the position. More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities.
·Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics including communication and promotion plans for the Chinese market to effectively build our brands and achieve the annual budget
·Suggest product concepts and design ideas for new product development/localization to meet consumers' demand and taste
·Establish and update market information
·Plan and conduct marketing research as necessary
·Develop and manage marketing spending plan
·Timely communicate developed strategies/action plans with internal stake holders including Regional Marketing Director, Country General/Sales Managers and US/Regional engineers to gain necessary feedback/information/decision/approval for the next actions
·Build relationships with external partners including Ad/PR/Promo Agencies and printing companies and give appropriate directions to them
·Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities for branded products.
·Familiar with B2C marketing and have at least 7 years brand marketing experience, preferably with MNC's.
·Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
·Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel
·Knowledge in Advertising and marketing research
·Familiar with the Chinese trade structure and distribution systems
·Team player with strong leadership
·Commitment to work under a multi-cultural environment and time/budget pressure
·Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
·Self starter/motivator
·Strong oral and writing communication and presentation skills
·Interpersonal skill and outside-box-thinking
·
Very good office computer literacy, internet
·Hands-on management style
Language: Chinese, English: Fluent; Japanese a plus but not a must
Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferable
