The Plant Controller directs all finance and accounting activities for the Cleveland, TN, facility. Responsible for monthly actuals/forecasts, annual budget, and strategic plan financial information, including manufacturing variances and other costs; plant metric and departmental expense reporting; coordination of budget and forecast; financial impact of productivity projects; financial management of inventory; balance sheet reconciliations; product costing information; evaluation of capital investments; make vs buy analysis.

·Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

·Five or more years experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis

·Experience in a manufacturing environment

·Excellent PC and EPR skills

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization

·Ability to take a leadership role, be a change agent, and drive business improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

·Consumer Products Industry Experience

·CPA/CMA or MBA a plus
