Business Development Manager Healthcare - France Job

The Commercial Products (CP) division is the world's leading manufacturer of injection-molded products. For France we are currently looking for a self-driven
Business Development Manager Healthcare (f/m)
(located in Paris/Boulogne-Billancourt or Home Office)
who will be reporting to the Business Development Leader Healthcare, European Accounts.
Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager - Healthcare is accountable for achieving growth targets by selling CP solutions, driving compliance, understanding healthcare trends and delivering innovative solutions to healthcare end user customers in our markets.
Responsiblities
· Develops effective market analysis and identifies and targets compliant healthcare end-user accounts. Evaluates and understands market potential within the end-user channel.
· Identifies new business opportunities in the healthcare channel and creates targeted pull-through marketing strategies within the account.
·Identifies opportunities in the healthcare sectors and plans and implements projects to exploit these opportunities.
· Executes business plans and coordinates execution of objectives and work plans through Commercial Directors, Regional Account Managers, Marketing Teams and other key internal functions such as Customer Service and Logistics.
· Negotiates terms with end-user accounts to achieve growth targets and drives product compliance when necessary within the end-user accounts.
· Provides input and influences product development and channel marketing with particular emphasis on end user needs and segment development.
· Develops and maintains relationships with recognized leaders in EMEA in each segment.
· Collaborates globally within CP GBU to drive global opportunities within EMEA.
·University Degree or equivalent work experience in best practices, progressive work environment
·
3 years sales experience (B2B)
·
Strong experience in healthcare market
·
Experience with pan-European National End-User Customer is desirable
·
Experience with B2B commercial distribution and channel desirable
·
Demonstrated performance in Sales, Programming and Promotions
·
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build and maintain relationships internally and externally at all levels
·
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; understanding and implementation of key performance indicators are critical
·
Strong communication, and negotiation skills
·
Fluent in English and one other European language
·
Results-oriented, and able to prioritize workload
·
Self-motivated and flexible.
