Event Marketing Coordinator-B2B Job

The overall role of the job is to support the marketing team and to provide assistance to the team in the execution of approved plans and objectives. Coordinate all national and regional B2B trade shows activities. This role requires a team-oriented individual who has strong initiative and can work independently with little supervision.

Essential Duties:

· Perform administrative duties/tasks, support department.

·Event and travel planning and coordination.

·Coordinate all national, regional and territory trade show activities/logistics for the B2B channel; assist in planning, implementation and staffing.

·Coordinate mailings; work with customer service; heavy interaction with people; problem solving; prepare departmental documents by using office software such as Word, Excel, graphics (Visio), PowerPoint, Access, etc.

·Extensive project management, flexibility with duties

·Assist in the execution and coordination of the annual marketing plans, promotions, forecasts, budgets and P&L's.

·Effective and concise written and oral communication. Strong writing skills are required.

·Demonstrates knowledge of promotional products/B2B channel environment and of Sanford business.

·Assist in managing the tactical activities of the external vendors.

·Assist in conducting competitive market analyses to formulate recommendations for an annual brand plan, including advertising and promotional strategies.

·Other duties assigned.

Education :

· A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

· At least 1-3 years of office administration experience.

· B2B industry experience desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Consumer Products Industry Experience
