		<title>SAP Lead Quality Assurance Testing Analyst Job (Atlanta, GA, US)</title>

More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities. <br/><br/>The Lead Quality Assurance Testing Analyst will work with technical and business teams to design, implement and support the Quality Assurance for our Global Rollout.  Contribute to process integration and to provide framework, strategy and templates for gathering and analyzing / managing testing requirements.  <br/><br/> The company is live with a full suite of SAP systems - ECC 5.0, BI, SRM/EBP, APO, Solution Manager/Service Desk, Portal and PI.  Must have 4  years in Test Automation and Performance Testing with SAP Applications. <br/><br/>MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: <br/><br/> SAP  <br/><br/>·        Experience with SAP ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0 due to planned upgrade.  <br/><br/>·        Experience with BI, SRM/EBP, APO, PI and Solution Manager <br/><br/>·        High level knowledge of SAP processing in following areas: Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Finance. <br/><br/>Performance Testing:  <br/><br/>§         Develop process, methodology and tools to support integration, regression and performance testing cycles <br/><br/>§         Scope, develop, and execute performance testing cycles utilizing HP LoadRunner (LR) ®. <br/><br/>§         Work closely with the process and basis teams to monitor and optimize performance. <br/><br/>Integration Testing:  <br/><br/>§         Architect and administer HP Quality Center (QC) ® to support test creation, test execution, defect management, and reporting. <br/><br/>§         Train process team and business users on Quality Center usage and procedures. <br/><br/>§         Architect and administer Quality Center to support the Scope Change Request process <br/><br/>Regression Testing:  <br/><br/>§         Architect and administer Quality Center to support test creation, test execution, issue management, and reporting during the monthly cycles. <br/><br/>§         Scope out and develop test cases (including data requirements) <br/><br/>§         Automate test cases utilizing HP QuickTest Pro (QTP) ®. <br/><br/>Overall Testing Responsibilities:  <br/><br/>§         Manage the tool environments to support future space requirements, hardware requirements, operating system upgrades, database upgrades, and software upgrades <br/><br/>§         Provide strategic direction for IT Governance as it relates to Tools, Methodology and Testing. This would include but not be limited to: <br/><br/>·         Lead the implementation of the Newell Rubbermaid Supplier Quality Assurance program at Décor <br/><br/>·         Develop quality policies and procedures, as required. <br/><br/>·         Perform supplier capability assessments leading to preferred supplier certifications, driving true supplier partnerships. <br/><br/>·         Lead the quality effort within the New Product Development team. <br/><br/>·         Approve supplier first article submissions as well as sample submits for finish approval. <br/><br/>·         Disposition of supplier deviation change requests. <br/><br/>·         Reviewing and approving supplier control plans. <br/><br/>·         Lead the supplier quality ranking program. <br/><br/>·         Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with identified suppliers. <br/><br/>·         Work with assigned suppliers to resolve defective material issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. <br/><br/>·         Coordinate supplier continuous improvement programs. <br/><br/>·         Benchmark world-class suppliers to assist the present supply base and identify future suppliers. <br/><br/>·         Lead cross functional team to achieve company objectives as assigned. <br/><br/>·         Perform all duties as assigned. <br/><br/>·Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical engineering, preferably within a textile curriculum.<br/><br/>·Must have 5-7 years of supplier quality experience.<br/><br/>·Thorough knowledge of quality methods and systems is required (statistics, reliability, sampling, and auditing).<br/><br/>·Hands on experience in Lean and Six Sigma required, strong preference for Six Sigma certification, preferably Black Belt or Master Black Belt.<br/><br/>·An experienced background in various types of manufacturing with specific knowledge of textile manufacturing, specifically nonwovens, wovens, knits, and all types of laminations and finishes.<br/><br/>·ASQC certified auditor, CQE, or CQM is preferred.<br/><br/>·ISO/QS auditing experience is preferred.<br/><br/>·Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for dealing with all levels of internal and external suppliers and customers.<br/><br/>·Ability to lead cross functional team<br/><br/>·Strong upward mobility to progress in the organization.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications: <br/><br/>?
