The individual will also assist the Managerwith special projects as assigned. <br/><br/>Essential Duties: <br/><br/>· Responsible for coordination and execution of training / development for new and existing team members with Manager <br/><br/>·Leads efficient channel distribution teams' activities (order status, pricing/product inquiries, shipment tracking, order expedites, etc.) with Manager <br/><br/>·Provide timely  report to customer and to channel based on customer requirements(i.e. backorder, open orders, shipped/invoiced) <br/><br/>· Facilitate and prepare for the scheduled meetings with external customer, sales, and forecasting <br/><br/>·Create and present monthly to the executive team your strategic accounts monthly updates, service metrics, POS, sales dollars, back orders, forecasts <br/><br/>· Coordinate with SAP account specific fines/deductions, charge-backs and other compliance concerns. Work closely with customer to address and correct issues.   Facilitate weekly F & P meeting with Freeport and the DC <br/><br/>· Work closely with Managerscheduling meetings, updating department spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned. <br/><br/>·Assist other account representatives as necessary <br/><br/>·Understand all products that affect account. (Launch Pad, DAM Meeting, SO&P,CCNI's, PCN's, ECN's, etc.).  Proactively communicate and understand changes and work with the marketing group to transition accounts. <br/><br/>·Work closely with demand planners for forecasting/item availability issues <br/><br/>·Drive to 98 on time and 98 line fill - Monitor your customers on time and line fill. Report weekly and facilitate meeting with internal and external logistic. <br/><br/>·Answer and timely resolution of  inbound customer inquiries: phone, fax and email and other supply chain release activities <br/><br/>·Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, Engineering, Distribution and Finance to resolve service or logistics related issues. <br/><br/>· Ownership of assigned accounts:  Receipt of Order to Receipt of Goods <br/><br/>Coordinate any special customer requirements (i.e. pallet projects, special labeling, or other logistical coordination). <br/><br/>· Active participant in customer meetings (both internal and external) <br/><br/>· Responsible for accurate and timely keying and release of all orders <br/><br/>· Manage E&O product from promotions or POG changes with customer and materials. Work with the customers' replenishment contact on inventory management issues. <br/><br/>· Make sure that tables are changed properly.????? <br/><br/>· Proactively coordinate with materials management, shipping and traffic to ensure order dating is consistent with customer's requirements and Sanford's materials plan to ensure optimal fill rate. <br/><br/>· Assist in processing charge-backs, deductions, etc. Work with the finance group for any disputes. <br/><br/>Education : <br/><br/>·        B.S. Degree Required <br/><br/>Work Experience Requirements:  <br/><br/>· At least 3-5 years customer service experience required <br/><br/>Technical Experience and other Requirements: <br/><br/>· Computer expertise,  Software applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP and BW reporting) <br/><br/>· Strong communication skills, verbal and written; strong organizational and accurate thoroughness is required <br/><br/>· Adept at multi-tasking, self-motivated with a strong drive to resolve issues quickly and effectively and work well within a team atmosphere. <br/><br/>Newell Rubbermaid and its Business Units are Equal Opportunity Employers and comply with applicable employment laws.
