This position reports to the COO and will lead all Endicia's marketing activities, including product management, brand marketing, and marketing communications. Responsibilities include the following:

·New Product Development (idea generation, screening, concept development, and testing, formulation of marketing strategies, business analysis, production, market testing, and commercialization).

·Brand Equity & Share Growth (brand value, market share, brand and market growth, and decision-making for the effective handling of brands)

·Consumer/End-user Understanding & Market Research. A strong understanding of end consumer needs and the ability to effectively manage customer expectations is important

·Marketing Communications to build and maintain consistent positioning and messaging for the global development of the DYMO Brand. Developing creative solutions relating to public relations, trade shows, advertising, and online strategies.

·Provide clear guidance, consistent creative direction, and manage all aspects of brand strategies and execution

·Bachelors/University degree in Marketing or a related discipline

·10-12 years of brand management experience with a proven track record of results

·5-7 years of marketing team leadership experience

·MBA or equivalent work experience

·5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, and/or marketing communications

·5 yrs with a technology, logistics, shipping, or on-line postage company

·Demonstrated leadership, communication and teaming skills

·Self-starter, organized, flexible, customer focused, strong business sense

·Ability to understand decisions impact on other areas of the business

·Ability to learn quickly and to communicate about new technologies in a fast paced environment

We're looking for a smart, experienced team player who is passionate about keeping production operations running smoothly in a high-volume, 24/7 Windows Server environment. In this role, your responsibilities will include Endicia Application administration, Windows Server administration, Application and system maintenance, application deployment, and overseeing the on-call operations schedule.

Essential duties of the role include the following:

· Maintain Endicia's 24/7 production online environments and software-as-a-service applications

· Work with release engineering team to deploy and troubleshoot Web and platform applications

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems, work with vendors as necessary

· Implement Microsoft best practice security on Windows servers including PCI compliance

· Design and automate server deployment strategy

· Schedule and oversee the deployment of software and system updates to production

· Coordinate with IT and Engineering to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure components

· Devise and implement policies and procedures to enforce separation of production, testing and development environments

· Be part of a team on call 24/7 rotation and participate in monthly production maintenance

· Maintain SQL Server related hardware (cluster, storage) in cooperation with 3 rd party DBA service

· Work within IT to come up with recommendations to engineering on ways to improve the reliability and manageability of the system

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· 5 years experience providing 24x7 support to production Software-as-a-Service infrastructure, including understanding of on-call responsibilities and procedures

· Very strong knowledge of Windows systems administration (Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, MSCS, WLBS)

· Familiar with backup strategies and backup procedures

· Familiar with retrieving data with SQL queries

· Familiar with basic network configuration and protocol (Cisco switches, Cisco routers, Brocade Sans Switches)

· Experience monitoring systems health (SCOM, Orion, Cacti, MRTG, Sitescope)

· Experience deploying new releases (IIS applications, Cold Fusion)

· Experience with hardware and software RAID solutions including SANS storage (EMC, HP)

· Familiar with Vmware.

· MCP or MCSE preferred

· BS in Computer Science or other technical field or equivalent work experience

This individual will be responsible to develop test plans for a suite of shipping applications that integrate with the United States Postal Service and other shipping carriers, coordinate the testing efforts of a cross functional team, insure that independent testing and verification has been completed for all new releases, and collaborate with our European test center. You will have responsibility for triaging and prioritizing defects found in development and production and you will help build a quality assurance organization based in our Palo Alto headquarters.

The Business Development Manager will work with internal and external resources to help form, plan, coordinate and execute business development projects, campaigns, programs and business strategies in support of Endicia's mailing and shipping products, services and objectives. They will work closely with business development, marketing teams, sales teams, partners, postal authorities, and customers.

Essential Duties:

· Contribute to the development of an integrated marketing/business strategy including, but not limited to: benchmarking, market segmentation, postal relations, research and analysis, forecasting, communication strategies and execution
