		<title>SAP SD/OTC Functional Business Analyst Job (Atlanta, GA, US)</title>

More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities. <br/><br/>Newell Rubbermaid needs to hire an Order to Cash Business Analyst with SAP full life-cycle experience to participate and implement an enterprise-wide SAP solution. This OTC/SD Analyst will be part of an Enterprise SAP team that is responsible for their knowledge transfer from Order to Cash Team, including both Newell business teams and SAP Project team members , and support of the company*s SAP ECC application.  Candidate role is responsible for order management standardizations, review as is and to be processes, recommend best practice process and system solutions for our global Newell Rubbermaid businesses.  <br/><br/>This position will be a key contributor on the Global Order to Cash Process Transformation project that will consist of multiple implementations over several years that will re-design existing processes, implement new, more effective processes and align the organization to support them.<br/><br/>This role will impact several of the key functional and business units across Newell Rubbermaid.  This position will work with Business Process Teams (OTC), Data, Finance, EDI, Portal and other teams in the implementation of the business processes, documenting the business process and data quality requirements, and designing and configuring the R/3 environments to support the organization's To-Be order management process vision. This is a long-term, multi-phase rollout that includes all activities, through realization and support <br/><br/>Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing, functional specification writing, testing, and implementing solutions for critical business initiatives.   This is not a developer or technical position , but technical skills are helpful when working with developers on projects.  This is a functional order to cash business analyst role working on a technology project. <br/><br/>In addition, the individual should comply with the following Guiding Principles:<br/><br/>1. The benefit and optimization to company overall will take precedence over the needs of the individual component.<br/><br/>2. Processes will align with strategies, policies, standards and best practices in order to guarantee the health of the business as well as have customers as a top priority.<br/><br/>3. Customization/enhancements will be minimized and will meet a litmus test.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities  :<br/><br/>* <br/><br/>* Receive the knowledge transfer from Order to Cash Team, including both Newell Rubbermaid business partners and SAP team members.<br/><br/>* Conduct presentations to validate business processes and Enterprise Systems solutions with SMEs and business leaders.<br/><br/>* Document configuration requirements and validate the design with business leads <br/><br/>* Responsible for Course Material for assigned sub process areas within order to cash. Working in conjunction with the Vice President, the Director of Channel Marketing is charged with the collaborative creation, development, execution, and measurement of the company's channel marketing strategy.  This strategy involves both cultivation of existing channels of distribution ("farming") and, importantly, the qualification, development, and ownership of new channels and routes to market ("hunting").  The Director will have direct reporting relationships with the Channel Managers.  <br/><br/>Additionally, the Director has responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, trade promotional planning, channel pricing strategy, merchandising display coordination and execution, category management, recruiting, staffing and training.  The Director uses his or her keen market insight to provide analysis of key business trends, pricing factors, and competitive activity.
