General Function

Kitchen Assistant is responsible for testing of components and products. Collaborates with Product Test Engineer and Quality Specialists to review QC submissions of new and updated parts and assemblies for company products. Documents findings and communicates to Quality Team.

Position reports to Product Test Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities

·Basic cooking fundamentals and attention for detail required as a minimum.

·Perform stovetop and oven testing of cookware/bakeware consistently per a written test procedure for extended periods. Acute observations and measurements recorded concurrently with testing.

·Willing to learn and operate simple rotating, reciprocating test machines, and various testing procedures outside of cooking.

·Willing to learn and perform measurement inspection of components using various measurement tools.

·Constant willingness to learn and perform additional lab evaluation methods

·Computer experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, etc.). Data entry and descriptive reporting of test results will be required.

·Familiar with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.)

·Perform multiple tasks at once to maximize time use.

The Lead Quality Assurance Testing Analyst will work with technical and business teams to design, implement and support the Quality Assurance for our Global Rollout. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP

· Experience with SAP ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0 due to planned upgrade.

Performance Testing:

Regression Testing:

Overall Testing Responsibilities:

§ Provide strategic direction for IT Governance as it relates to Tools, Methodology and Testing. Architect the Training Strategy for process team and business users on Quality Center usage and procedures.

§ Influence positive changes to operational business processes by developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP standard functionality.

§ Extensive experience with the QTP® SAP and Web Add-Ins

Newell Rubbermaid needs to hire an Order to Cash Business Analyst with SAP full life-cycle experience to participate and implement an enterprise-wide SAP solution. This OTC/SD Analyst will be part of an Enterprise SAP team that is responsible for their knowledge transfer from Order to Cash Team, including both Newell business teams and SAP Project team members , and support of the company*s SAP ECC application. Candidate role is responsible for order management standardizations, review as is and to be processes, recommend best practice process and system solutions for our global Newell Rubbermaid businesses.

This position will be a key contributor on the Global Order to Cash Process Transformation project that will consist of multiple implementations over several years that will re-design existing processes, implement new, more effective processes and align the organization to support them.

This role will impact several of the key functional and business units across Newell Rubbermaid. This position will work with Business Process Teams (OTC), Data, Finance, EDI, Portal and other teams in the implementation of the business processes, documenting the business process and data quality requirements, and designing and configuring the R/3 environments to support the organization's To-Be order management process vision. This is a long-term, multi-phase rollout that includes all activities, through realization and support
